How to Check the NYSC Senate Approved List

Follow the five simple steps below to check if your name has been uploaded to the NYSC Senate Approved List:

  • STEP 1: Access the NYSC Senate/Academic Council List portal at https://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc2/VerifySenateLists.aspx.
  • 2ND STEP: Select your institution.
  • STEP 3: Fill in your registration number and surname in the required columns.
  • STEP 4: Choose your date of birth.
  • STEP 5: Finally, click on the ‘SEARCH’ button to access your mobilization status.

NB: The downloading of names is still in progress. If your name hasn’t been uploaded to the portal yet, your school may still be uploading. So you can keep checking. Any complaint must be addressed without delay to your establishment.

NYSC Enrollment Tips for Future Corps Members

  • The new registration link is for those registering for the first time.
  • The revalidation link is reserved for people mobilized in the previous batches but who did not go to the orientation camp.
  • If you registered previously and did not complete your registration, do not create a new account, instead click “Login here” to continue registration with your old username and password.
  • Don’t fingerprint by proxy.
  • Upload a clear photo ID. Do not upload a passport photo wearing the NYSC crested vest, you will not be enrolled in camp if you do not comply.
  • Use the links available on your dashboard appropriately and stay connected to all our social media platforms for the latest updates.
  • Ask for the correction of the name on your dashboard, spelling mistakes, rearrangement, addition and deletion of the name.
  • There is inclusion of the date of birth on the exit certificates. You must ensure that your date of birth is correct on the NYSC portal, otherwise use the windows available on your dashboard to request a correction, immediately after you register online. Note that you cannot correct your date of birth after registering for camp.
  • PCMs with incorrectly uploaded fingerprints and passport photographs during online registration should contact our Secretary of States prior to the start of the orientation exercise. No photo ID changes after camp registration.
  • Part-time graduates must register online so they can print their disqualification letter on their dashboard when PCMs are allowed to print their appeal letters.
