NEW YORK, NEW YORK – SEPTEMBER 24: The new iPhone 13 lineup is displayed at the Fifth Avenue Apple Store during the launch of the phones on September 24, 2021 in New York City. The new phones feature an A15 Bionic chip, an improved dual-camera system, and longer battery life than the iPhone 12. The iPhone 13 Mini starts at $729 and the iPhone 13 at $829.

It turns out there’s been a trend for iPhone users to use the new iOS feature to add fancy icons above their screens.

While the new iOS 15 feature isn’t really meant for purely cosmetic purposes, iPhone users are doing it simply because they can.

iPhone and Heart, Fire, Smiley Icons

iOS 15’s new Focus Mode offers tons of options for keeping your hands on your phone, according to report 9to5Mac.

It can be driving, sleeping, reading, meditating, playing or working.

However, Apple decided to give its users the choice to customize it. This is because some people have a variety of reasons for enabling Focus Mode apart from the typical choices.

In addition to that, the custom option allows iPhone users to change the focus mode option icon, leaving fancy symbols on the device’s status bar.

As such, there are actually plenty of icon options to choose from apart from heart, smiley, and fire. It also includes choices like a paw, leaf, house icon, to name a few. Basically, there are tons of emojis that iPhone users could enjoy.

It’s worth noting that iPad users could also do this on their tablets, as long as they’re running iPadOS 15 on their device, according to MacWorld.

On the other hand, iPhone users can only apply this customization feature on their device if they have at least an iOS 15 installed.
